Return of Track&Field Online Products

You can return any Track&Field product purchased online within 30 calendar days of receipt (defect-free product).

The process is simple and the cost of the first shipment is on us. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or washing, and with the label attached. Products with changes in modeling (e.g. hem, customization, etc.) will not be accepted.

Important:
We are not responsible for items or accessories sent incorrectly with the returned product.

We do not return gifts. Check the conditions for exchanging and returning discounted products purchased during Black Friday and Sales. Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made.

Product exchange

Track&Field does not return gifts. You can return any product purchased online within 30 calendar days of receipt (defect-free product). Altered products (hem, personalization, etc.) will not be accepted.

Return and refund of value

We guarantee your satisfaction when purchasing at Track&Field Online. Please check our Return and Exchange Policy before requesting a return.

Valid only for purchases at the Track&Field Online Store.

Important:
You will receive an email with the postage code and instructions. Send the invoice together with the merchandise. If you do not receive the email within 24 business hours, please contact our customer service.

Chargeback process:
The product will be analyzed in our distribution center. If everything is in order, the request will be finalized and the refund will be made within 15 business days. The refund will be made according to the original payment method. Completion time may vary during Sales, Christmas and Black Friday periods. When the return is received, we carry out quality control and return the money using the same payment method you used. Buy online, exchange in store

For your convenience, products from the current collection purchased at Track&Field Online can be exchanged in our physical store.

Conditions for exchange in store:
Deadline: 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice (the invoice must be presented at the time of exchange).

Product condition: The product must have labels, tags and no signs of use.

Store mix: The product must be part of the store mix.

Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made. For now, exchanges are only available at the store located in Marina de Cascais.

 

Defective product

The warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 3 years from the date of purchase, as long as the defect is confirmed. Procedure for defect analysis: Send photos of the product highlighting the defect using the request form. The return of the defective product must be requested via the address info@tfstore.com

Important:
The product must be shipped clean and dry. Otherwise, it will be immediately returned to the customer. Within 48 working hours, you will receive a response with the procedures.

Analysis and refund:
The product will be analyzed by quality control within 15 working days after receipt at our distribution center. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, you will receive an email with the deadline for the refund to be made. The refund will be made according to the original payment method for the order. Completion time may vary during Sales, Christmas and Black Friday periods.

Product different from the one purchased/Faulty

 

If you have received a product that is different from what was requested or is defective, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, or within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt of your order, so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Products must remain in the condition in which they were received until customer service completes the analysis.

Incomplete or incorrect order

If you received your order and there was a product, accessory missing or not in accordance with what was purchased, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, or within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of your order, so that we can investigate and take the appropriate measures.

Physical Store Exchange and Return Policy - Portugal

 

Can I exchange it at any store?

Track & Field is a network made up of its own stores and franchises, each with its own mix of products. Therefore, exchanges are only accepted if the product is within the mix of the store where you wish to make the exchange.

Conditions for exchange in store:

     The deadline for exchange is up to 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice (it is necessary to present the invoice at the time of exchange).

      The product must have its labels, tags and no signs of use.

      We do not accept exchanges for products purchased in another country

 

Can I exchange a product I purchased in a physical store for the online store?

As it is a product purchased in one of our physical stores, the exchange can only be made in those stores.

Products purchased under special conditions, such as Black Friday, cannot be exchanged.

Products purchased under special conditions, such as on Sale, can only be exchanged for Sale products

 

Can I return the product purchased in a physical store and get my money back if I regret it?

No, the right of free resolution only applies to purchases made in the online store.

However, Track & Field does exchanges of products purchased in our physical stores within 30 days of purchase.

 

What is the deadline to exchange a product that is not defective and does not fit me or I do not like the color?

We carry out exchanges within a period of up to 30 days, as long as the product has not been used, keeps its original labels and tags affixed to the item, and is accompanied by filling out registration and presenting the tax coupon or exchange/gift coupon.

Products purchased under special conditions, such as Black Friday, cannot be exchanged.

Products purchased under special conditions, such as on Sale, can only be exchanged for Sale products.

 

How do I send a defective product for analysis?

For the product to be analyzed, it must be returned to the store where it was purchased, clean and dry. A pre-analysis will be carried out to check whether the part is within the exchange policy and, if so, the necessary measures will be taken.

We do not accept defective products purchased more than three years ago for exchange analysis.

 

If my defective product is sent for analysis, how long will it take for me to receive a technical opinion?

Track&Field stores follow the established deadline of up to 30 days to return with a technical opinion. However, we work to bring forward this deadline whenever possible.

Processes after analysis:

Authorized exchange: The customer can choose to exchange the product for the same item, if available, or choose a similar item of equal or greater value, with the difference to be paid.

Unauthorized exchange: If it is identified that there is no manufacturing defect in the product, it will be returned to the store and made available to the customer for collection.

 

How long do I have a warranty after I purchased a product, in case it is defective?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 3 years after the date of purchase, upon presentation of the tax receipt (if you still have it), as long as a manufacturing defect is found.

We do not exchange products with:

      Excessive wear;

      Signs of damage caused by inappropriate use;

      Signs of perforation by sharp or sharp objects;

      Repaired or glued products;

      Any alteration that hides the original characteristics of the item, making it impossible to identify possible defects.

If a product is defective and out of date, can I take it to the store?

If the product does not comply with legal consumption policies, analysis for exchange will be impossible.

*If the product does not comply with the conditions described in this Exchange Policy, Track&Field will return the product to the customer.

Attention: Under no circumstances will products modified by the consumer be accepted, i.e., those that alter the original design of the piece, and it will not be possible to use the legal withdrawal option.
